Bok Choy is wide, cream colored crunchy stalks that are shaped like spoons. They have a mild sweet celery kind of flavor with leaves that are very tender that grow 4-5 " tall. Also known as Chinese cabbage they have excellent flavor and texture. Bok Choy grows and harvest quickly.
