Pak Choi has deep, dark purple top leaf and green with purple veins under leaf. Crisp tender and mildly flavored and can be harvested from micro greens, baby leaf or the whole plant at full maturity. This variety has the most intense purple color of all purple Pak choi. Pak Choi is very cold hardy and grows over an extended period of time. The leaves grow 8-10" long. These are known for Asian stir frys, and soups. Pak Choi is known as Chinese leaves or cabbage. Harvest the whole thing or just the outer leaves to keep them producing. These are good for outdoors and container growing.
Although this is a hybrid it is non gmo and well worth it to grow.
